Created an Insurance Company policy tool –

e-Bode fulfilled another need when an Insurance Company wanted to move a product into a new state without having

all the expenses normally experienced with new products. They needed the following:

1)      A simple to use underwriter/rater

2)      A policy issuance tool

3)      A tool that would bring down the expense of a direct bill program.

4)      An automated application with the ability to gather MVR information at the point of sale.

5)      A bridge to their backend system in real time

e-Bode created a module for all their needs. We virtually eliminated the long process of underwriting by loading all

the underwriting edits on to a policy point of sale application. Our unique status level allowed us to build an on demand

policy issuance module for real time policy printing at the point of sale. We also embedded their backend direct bill

system into our front-end in order to give their agents policy payment information 24/7. We also added to their module

by building an endorsement rater that is capable of posting new payment schedules.

Viewing the cases we can see that the most common approach to e-bode is a point of sale product that allowed our clients

to better respond to customer needs.
