Created an MGA Tool-

In 2000 an MGA asked us to create a system that can work both inside their agency as well as work outside with

their producers. The following is what they asked for:

1)      Increase sales through ease of use.

2)      Lower processing cost through automation.

3)      Save on claims through controlled point of sale underwriting.

4)      Cut through difficult agency billings through a single entry accounting system.

5)      Connect over 800 agents without distribution of software.

 

e-Bode meet the challenge by creating a point of sale underwriting/rating system that increased the MGA’s sales

by over 30%. Because of e-Bode’s unique ability to create status levels and solid underwriting our client has the

best loss ratio in the country as it relates to other MGAs writing through the same company. Although policies

have increased our MGA was able to eliminate jobs because of the streamlined automation. Accounting enjoyed

a single entry accounting system that figures out Net/Gross for all three levels, agency, MGA and insurance

company simultaneously. Our MGA accomplished all their goals without have to distribute any software to their

agency force. All of this was done through the use of the Internet.
